Returns

Due to the nature of trading cards and sealed products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

We do not accept returns on:

Opened booster packs or boxes

Graded cards (PSA, CGC, BGS, etc.)

Raw singles

Mystery products

Live “Rip & Ship” purchases

Clearance or sale items

If your item arrives damaged during shipping, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos of the item

 

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

The wrong item was shipped

The item arrives significantly damaged

The package is lost in transit (after carrier investigation)

If approved:

Refunds are issued to your original payment method

Shipping fees are non-refundable

Processing time: 5–10 business days

We reserve the right to deny refunds if fraud or tampering is suspected.
